Capacity Management Questionnaire (Demand Forecasting) – we need your input -  23rd March 2010

To allow PSBA to ensure that the network is capable of meeting Network Users demands for new products and services the next bi-annual Demand Forecast Questionnaire will be sent out on the 28th April 2010 to the nominated contact for each of the Network Users sectors/groups.  This short Questionnaire will enable PSBA to get a better understanding of Network Users needs and requirements and includes some questions on:

·         list of services, are looking at these services (using the drop down menus)

·         timescales that you are envisaging for these

·         opinion on the likely impact/demand on the PSBA Network if: - traffic increases, local traffic or via the PSBA infrastructure, new sites etc

Whilst this information is just a six monthly snapshot of your networking plans it gives a valuable insight to your ongoing network needs.  Your feedback and all the other information we gather from the day to day operation of PSBA is important to ensure the network grows with the users requirements plus the voices of all the different network users is heard and taken into account.  The information gathered is used to produce the annual forecast demand document for the PSBA.
