PSBA Portal Live and kicking – July 22nd 2009

The PSBA Portal, a unique, secure web site for PSBA public sector customers and PSBA service related information is ‘Live’. 

The portal allows authorised users, who have signed a connect agreement with the PSBA Network, access to unique PSBA service related information, which also includes the ability to raise and view service related requests and request quotes for new connectivity services

The portal delivers a single point of personalised service information, with content availability determined by the authorised user’s role within their organisation or their sector

This secure Portal provides users:

• Complete flexibility, anytime access 24/7, which help run services efficiently, save time, reduce paper  flows and lower support costs.

• Initiate orders for new services

• Ability to see the real-time status of their network services and monitor local services performance

• Assurance of accessing a secure, resilient Portal

Over time, the range of services offered through the PSBA portal will increase, as new services are included we will let you know.
