PSBA at SOLACE and WAO annual conferences – May 6th 2009

The PSBA team and Logicalis exhibited PSBA at a number of public service conferences including SOLACE (Society of Local Authority Chief Executives) Wales Annual conference in Aberystwyth on the 6th of May and the annual conference of the Welsh Audit Office (WAO) on 20th May in Cardiff  

The SOLACE conference theme was Citizen Engagement in planning, developing and delivering better services for citizens in Wales.  In his conference keynote speech, Mr Andrew Davies AM, the Welsh Assembly Governments Minister of Finance and Public Service Delivery, highlighted PSBA as an excellent example of partnership and innovation between the Welsh Assembly and Local Government.  

At both events, the exhibition area was very well attended with delegates and leading figures from Local Government, the Assembly and affiliated organisations such as the WLGA (Welsh Local Government Association) showing a keen interest in PSBA and the services it will deliver.
